The online train seat return function is carried out only in the period of time less than 1 hour before the departure of the passenger train from the station of train departure and up to 1 hour after departure from the station indicated in the electronic ticket

In order to return a seat, a passenger must:

1. on the main page of the site www.bilet.raiways.kz, select the tab "Return of a seat on a claim".

2. fill in all the required fields and download a receipt for the return of the seat­.

To receive funds for the return of an electronic ticket, the passenger should contact the ticket office of JSC «Passenger Transportation» located at the departure station indicated on the electronic ticket 40 minutes and up to 1 (one) day after the departure of the passenger train, providing a receipt for the return places in printed form.

In this case, the funds will be returned in the prescribed manner, depending on the method and place of purchase of the electronic travel document (ticket).

In other cases, the refund is made in the claim procedure at the request of the passenger.
