From January 15, 2019, a commission fee for the return of travel documents for trains of the Company and foreign railway administrations in the amount of 1,000 tenge (including VAT) is not charged if the due amount to be returned (including taking into account the amount retained with the fare) is less than or equal to 3,500 tenge.
